Are we different?
Today, all successful companies are modern and innovative, have quality assurance commissioners and are certified. They anticipate their customers' orders just by reading their faces, and they have a hit rate of 120 percent in doing so.
...and besecke?
We are modern and innovative, have quality assurance commissioners and... Well, you already know.

besecke is more
32 percent of our employees are design engineers or software developers, 20 percent are project managers or site managers / assembly foremen, with 10 percent who are apprentices, we are safeguarding our future; and 82 percent of our customers have been working together with us for more than a decade.
In Bremen, the brand-name product capital of Germany, we develop and implant systems at almost all of the "great ones" in the industrial sector. At Kraft Foods, Beck & Co., Kellogg, Rickmers Reismühle, Saturn Petfood, Melitta, Frosta, Heideblume Molkerei Elsdorf or Vitakraft. Our products are top solutions in automation technology.
And outside of Bremen?
besecke's developments do not only take place in the region. The assignments of besecke electricians range from Airbus Industries to Markus Kaffee (Aldi Nord) from Daimler to Volkswagen.
And there are always specialities. Like at our associate Lürssen. At the Lürssen shipyard, the largest and most sophisticated yachts are being developed. And the besecke switch and control gear systems and automation systems on board come up to the highest expectations in meeting the requirements.

We, the approximately 120 besecke-employees, design and install automatic technology systems. And in doing so, we are different from the others - in Bremen, at our branch in Emden, as well as at our subsidiary in Riga.
We see our orders that have been placed with us as compact whole projects. The work on these already begins at the offer phase. In this phase, we gladly support our customers with basic information regarding the intended project. Should large-scale technical decisions on the points of course have to be made, we show the possible technical approaches for finding a solution within the scope of a presentation. In this way, we make sure that our customers can receive custom-made solutions with high performance and future-proof technology.
Our Projects
When besecke receives the order, particularly with regards to larger projects, we introduce all employees who will be involved in this to our customers and discuss the scheduling with them. Our contractors continuously receive information concerning the progress of the project, and we gladly also involve the employees of our customers in this process.

After completion of a project, our customer has a system at his disposal in which he has a command over its possibilities, and so can be optimally used for his production targets.
After completion, besecke continues as a contact for all questions concerning maintenance, possible expansions and optimisation of the system. Being that besecke has the approval for manpower provision in accordance to the Manpower Provision Act, we can provide our customers, for example, with specialised personnel for attending shift work.
For handling the project work and internal processes, besecke has an IT with more than 150 desk computers, notebooks and servers, printing possibilities up to size AØ, as well as an elaborate data backup and protection.

Remote access to our company-internal network makes quick reactions possible, even in the phase of on-site operational start-up.
Hardly any manufacturing system starts from scratch, i.e. at zero. But there's also hardly any system that remains at zero level. Products change, packaging becomes adjusted, consumer habits are observed and considered, or simply the ideas of the marketing manager are realized. The automation of manufacturing systems is similar to our hair and fingernails: there's constant growth.
We at besecke are best prepared for this. Because the starting point of our projects is always the stocktaking. Our work integrates itself in the existing system. This is our contribution to the individual requirements of our customers.
"Diverse expansion" is a typical expression with regard to our reference objects. In this case, it doesn't matter whether vegetables are mixed, grains are processed, coffee is prepared for roasting, packages are sorted or a car-series gets its green standard.
Wherever it is necessary, we naturally begin from scratch, i.e. at zero, and deliver complete systems starting from the energy supply, the delivery and furnishing of switch cabinets, continuing on through the automation, the visualisation for operating and monitoring the systems, the connection to the local or overriding databanks, the software programming, as well as the data storage and protection systems. And the handing over of documentation and support systems belongs to the operational start-up. We at besecke really want to return to our customers.
The besecke-Team
With more than 120 employees, we have strong performance and are flexible at the same time. We are able to adjust ourselves to the structures in companies, our technical equipment to the project requirements, and also adapt to the market conditions.

It is clear that all new staff members who join the company have an excellent basis of knowledge and skills. However after having joined, we all in the besecke team must undergo continuous training at our own company and also externally.
It's not a matter of chance: Our engineers, the electricians on site, as well as the employees at the headquarters convince our customers through their competence and versatility. In order to ensure controlled workflow at this high rate of innovation, besecke has had a quality system since 1995, currently in accordance to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. This assures that all processes and regulations are presented in a clear and comprehensible manner, and with this transparency, this contributes to raising internal and external confidence.
